Open Source and Sustainability 2006 - registration process

Introduction
Open Source and Sustainability is a 3-day conference (see programme). It runs from 13:30 on Monday, 10 April, to 12:30 on Wednesday, 12 April. Registration is for the entire three days of the conference.
There is an optional conference dinner on the Monday evening, the 10th. This will be held in hall at Exeter College. Seating is limited, so do book early.
Oxford is a popular tourist destination with many options for accommodation. In addition, OSS Watch has reserved a small number of ensuite rooms at Worcester College. Worcester College is approximately a 3-minute walk from the conference venue, the Said Business School. There are 30 rooms available on 10 and 11 April - note - reservations must be for both nights. The cost of an ensuite bedroom is £75.79 (inc. VAT) per night and this includes English or Continental Breakfast served in the 18th century dining hall. There are no parking facilities. Worcester College is set in 26 acres of gardens and some of the accommodation is a ten minute walk around the lake from the college entrance. Regrettably, we can only refund booked college accommodation if we can reallocate the room to another delegate, otherwise you will be liable for the full cost. See cancellation policy
The conference fee is for all three days of the conference. It includes all materials, refreshments, buffet lunch (Tuesday) and wine reception (Tuesday). It does not include accommodation or the optional conference dinner (Monday). There is a £25 discount for earlybird booking (prior to 24 February).

- Business delegate: £275
- Academic delegate: £250

Registration process
Please complete the form below, one booking per person attending. When you submit the form you will receive a summary of your provisional booking details by email. You should print out this email, complete the payment details, and return a copy of it to the address indicated (Open Source and Sustainability, c/o OSS Watch, Research Technologies Service, Oxford University, 13 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 6NN or fax: +44 (0)1865 273275 ) together with your cheque or official purchase order. Please make cheques payable to “OUCS”, ie. Oxford University Computing Services.
Note: if selecting the purchase order payment option, please have your purchase order number ready when you make your booking.
Until we receive your completed booking form (by post or fax) your booking will remain provisional. On receipt of a cheque, credit card details or purchase order we will send confirmation together with any further joining instructions to your email address.
